Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are a Ukrainian recruiting company focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. We are currently looking for a Data Scientist for Spinlab.

In Short

• Analyze large volumes of game and player data to identify patterns and trends.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations for product improvements.
• Perform deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies.
• Design, build, and deploy ML models.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless data pipelines.
• Develop robust statistical and causal inference analyses.
• Support development and testing of predictive models.
• Communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help define metrics for new products or features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Solid data visualization skills.
• Advanced skills in Python for data analysis.
• Understanding of experimental design and statistical testing.
• Familiarity with causal inference techniques.
• English B2+ proficiency.
