• Full-time CFO position for a European-based investment firm focused on blockchain and digital assets.
• Responsible for financial precision, fund management, and investor relationships.
• Lead portfolio consolidation processes and coordinate with fund administrators.
• Manage onboarding processes for new investors and oversee cross-border entity management.
• Implement process improvements and streamline operations.
• Expect to manage a back-office team as the firm scales.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in traditional finance capital markets.
• Experience in digital asset companies is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Technical skills in coding and legal education are bonuses.

Requirements

• 5+ years in traditional finance capital markets (CFO, COO, Finance Manager, etc.).
• Experience with capital markets firms or Big 4 companies.
• Hands-on role in a digital asset company is required.
• Experience working with regulators and commercial partners.
• Ability to lead and build systems for financial operations.
