Head of Performance Marketing - Remote

• Responsible for the entire performance marketing from Meta to Google, Native, and Influencer Paid Collaborations.
• Build full funnel campaigns across the entire customer journey with your team.
• Implement and develop testing structures and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage a seven-figure ad spend budget to ensure the brand remains a market leader.
• Develop your team and embody the motto 'Leading by example.'

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operational performance marketing, ideally in a D2C startup/scaleup.
• Solid knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, Influencer Paid Collaborations, and Native.
• Experience in profitably scaling six-figure monthly budgets.
• Ability to identify potential early, test quickly, and systematically open new performance channels and markets.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and excellent English skills.
