Overview

As our first Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing our sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize revenue automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Nav, Apollo).
  • Implement and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM.
  • Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train and support sales team members on best practices.
  • Participate in regular revenue team meetings.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working within a high growth - early stage environment.
  • Have built out automation flows within a revenue software stack.
