• Join the Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Specialist.
• Ensure smooth operations in data entry, billing, reconciliations, and customer communication.
• Work closely with the Rev Ops Billing Analyst for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage billing and data entry using Salesforce.
• Conduct Excel-based month-end reconciliations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with accounting and financial processes.
• Support credit card processing tasks.
• Maintain Frequence contract details.
• Contribute to accurate billing and contract entries.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Billing, or Accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with reconciliations.
• Experience with Salesforce for data entry and billing.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Experience with NetSuite for financial reporting.
• Background in billing and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with EBizCharge payment processing.
• Experience in handling month-end reconciliations.
