Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Management Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and international holding companies.

In Short

• Maintain accurate general ledger records for holding companies.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and payroll allocations.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and intercompany settlements.
• Prepare monthly trial balances and reporting packs.
• Review employee expense claims and maintain documentation.
• Assist with year-end statutory close and audit schedules.
• Support VAT and tax filings in coordination with the Group Tax team.
• Maintain SOPs and internal documentation for processes.
• Liaise with auditors on transactional queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills in English.
