Overview

This is a senior individual contributor and people management role within the Finance team, focusing on financial reporting and internal audit management.

• Lead preparation of Group consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee audit activities and manage internal control frameworks.
• Supervise a small team including a Financial Reporting Accountant & Internal Auditor.
• Coordinate annual external audit processes.
• Design and implement risk-based internal audit plans.

• Ensure compliance with operational standards and controls.
• Manage and lead teams, particularly in a remote setting.

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified with 10+ years of experience.
• Expertise in financial statement preparation under FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Experience managing external audit processes.
• Proven track record in internal audits and control frameworks.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication skills across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset in shared services models.
