Overview

The Technical Support Agent is responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalating to the engineering team, and handling escalations from the tech support team for Deep Sentinel's wireless and Power Over Ethernet camera systems.

In Short

  • Handle customer technical support cases through various channels.
  • Evaluate networking and security systems for compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot networks, switches, routers, and performance issues.
  • Maintain client confidence by ensuring confidentiality.
  • Update CRM tickets and manage escalations.
  • Conduct account maintenance and health checks for customers.
  • Evening and weekend availability required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of tech support experience.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • 3 years of help desk/technical experience.
  • 1 year experience with Power Over Ethernet (POE).
