Payroll Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Services Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

In Short

• Manage all scheduled payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure payroll cycles are submitted accurately and on time.
• Process supplemental pay, including commissions and bonuses.
• Administer time and attendance management.
• Provide support for payroll platform navigation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with HR on garnishments and employment verifications.
• Prepare year-end payroll reports and assist with compliance.
• Communicate updates on payroll activities to management.
• Work during Eastern Time hours.
• Experience with BambooHR required; NetSuite preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Extensive experience using BambooHR.
• Preferred experience with NetSuite.
• Availability to work 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
