In Short

• Join the UK Finance Team in Oxford as a Management Accountant.
• This is a six-month fixed-term role with potential for permanence.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial operations.
• Lead monthly management accounting for the M&A division.
• Oversee balance sheet control and general ledger accuracy.
• Support external audits and prepare annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.
• Collaborate with finance teams and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide financial input for proposals and due diligence.
• Work in a hybrid environment with two days in the Oxford office.

Requirements

• Solid experience in finance within a medium to large organization.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with statutory accounts.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to improve processes.
• Great communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proactive and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
