Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

Pavago is looking for a Management Accountant to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the business's financial systems, including invoicing, reconciliations, cash flow management, receivables and payables, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.

In Short

• Set up and manage financial systems using Zoho Books.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and track outstanding payments.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable.
• Generate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with team members and clients for financial operations.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
• Experience in small companies or startups is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Zoho Books and Google Suite.
