Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Management Accountant role supports the Commercial Finance team with financial management through robust reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting.

In Short

• Preparation of Weekly Sales reports.
• Timely month-end processing and reporting of revenues and costs.
• Monthly headcount & payroll reconciliation.
• Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Support in preparing quarterly forecasts for revenue and costs.
• Assistance with commission payouts.
• First point of contact for external audit queries.
• Contribution of ideas to streamline processes.
• Maintenance of procedure documentation.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in finance.
• Confident communicator with various audiences.
• Intermediate level ability with MS Excel.
• Experience with Google suite, Oracle Accounts, and Essbase.
• Demonstrable analytical skills with large financial data sets.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Great attention to detail.
• Technical experience with general ledger systems.
