Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role is primarily tactical, focusing on executing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and delivering actionable insights that support the revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales operations, project management, analytics, and a deep understanding of HubSpot.

In Short

• Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient workflows.
• Help execute predefined sales processes and workflows.
• Monitor the health of the sales pipeline and support sales leadership.
• Manage sales enablement tools and provide hands-on support.
• Own and execute revenue-impacting projects such as CRM updates.
• Serve as the primary executor for cross-departmental initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and other analytics tools.
• Ensure all data is accurate and presented in an actionable format.
• Handle the day-to-day upkeep of HubSpot, including troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on training and support for end-users.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in revenue operations or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot.
• A proven track record of executing operational tasks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to create actionable reports.
• Strong skills in managing tactical projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
