Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Analyst – AR will be responsible for raising client invoices, revenue accounting, accounts receivable monitoring, client query resolution and coordination, intercompany revenue billing, and bank reconciliation. This role requires strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

• Generate, review, and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify invoice details, including pricing and taxes.
• Monitor AR aging reports and ensure proactive follow-ups for collections.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding invoice queries.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of receipts.
• Identify and implement process improvements in client invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Work with IT teams for automation initiatives in invoicing.
