In Short

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and queries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Departments for efficient payment collection.
• Monitor collections activities and review delinquent accounts.
• Evaluate high-risk accounts for resolution recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide reconciliations and statements.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal departments to resolve A/R questions.
• Assist in month-end activities by running reports.
• Conduct other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• University degree and/or equivalent in 3 to 5 years of related work experience in Accounting, Customer Services, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Advanced skills with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Takes initiative and approaches work with persistence.
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards, AS400, CAPP is an asset.
