In Short

Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales & Marketing, Field Services, and Customer Service.
Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform.
Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using Microsoft technologies.
Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions.
Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365.
Experience with back-end services and data management best practices.
Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules including configuration and customization.
Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps.
Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services.
Strong skills in designing and managing data models.
Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines.
