In Short

• Proactively manage and collect payments on assigned customer accounts.
• Provide weekly updates on collection accounts and escalate as necessary.
• Block software for non-paying customers.
• Send monthly list of bad debt to third party collections agency.
• Help manage and work pending cases in Monto app for customer billing portal issues.
• Responsible for putting together weekly AR aging buckets report.
• Quarterly AR allowance calculation.
• Respond promptly to emails in the Collections and AR queues in Salesforce.
• Assist with annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Work with Orders and Sales Ops Teams to help with PO and billing issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of experience in a Collections or Accounts Receivable function.
• Strong understanding of the billing process and relevant systems.
• Able to manage global collections accounts with a wide range of customers.
• Solutions-oriented and a keen problem solver.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately work under pressure, set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced skills for Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
