In Short

  • Develop and execute a global B2C demand generation strategy.
  • Lead full-funnel B2C campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
  • Optimize B2C customer journeys and lifecycle programs.
  • Own demand generation for Lumivero’s research line of business.
  • Strategize lifecycle campaigns and webinars for customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing on performance goals.
  • Enhance web experience and conversion rates.
  • Measure campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage multiple initiatives to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2C demand generation experience.
  • Proven ability to execute B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics in marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and social.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
