Overview

CardinalOps is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to support marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive event engagement, generate demand for our solutions, and increase high-quality leads and revenue. This employee will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with a cross-departmental team of professionals including Product Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success.

In Short

  • Manage and execute digital campaigns that drive high quality lead generation through multiple channels.
  • Be accountable for regional demand generation goals and lead hand-off/follow-up.
  • Collaborate with event coordinator to manage and execute in-person industry conferences.
  • Own the content for campaigns, including reports, eBooks, and promotional offers.
  • Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing including HubSpot.
  • Support internal team by managing content resource library.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage the company's online reputation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing role, preferably for a B2B, SaaS or tech company.
  • Prior experience working for an early stage startup a big plus.
  • Prior experience with lead generation campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative mindset.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Skilled collaborator with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Based in the US (this is a remote role).
