• Apply daily cash receipts to open invoices.
• Reconcile AR & cash accounts for clean financial reporting at month-end.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Communicate with customer contacts via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Monitor AR aging balances and follow up on overdue payments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of cash applications and reconciliations.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with financial tools like Stripe and Quickbooks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset in fast-paced environments.
