In Short

  • Collections will be your #1 focus
  • Provide top-notch communication to our customers via support tickets
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, giving them the white glove treatment
  • Tackle past due accounts with enthusiasm and tenacity
  • Identify and resolve all accounts receivable discrepancies; write-offs keep us up at night!
  • Recording payments
  • Become a subject matter expert in Recurly, Salesforce, and Netsuite
  • Work collaboratively with our energetic sales and deal desk teams all day, every day

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to collect crazy amounts of cash!
  • Customer service experience
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and call customers
  • Excel proficiency
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies with an ability to understand new technical concepts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with zeal for taking ownership
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Out-of-the box and strategic thinker who operates with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Motivation for excellence and exceeding expectations
  • Passionate about teamwork with an optimistic outlook
  • Responsive, customer service approach
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries from customers and sales reps
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey meaningful information, clearly and concisely
