Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
7+ years of ML software development experience.
Proven track record in shipping Voice AI solutions.
Expertise in ASR, TTS, and S2S model development.
Familiarity with voice AI toolkits like Whisper and Hugging Face.
Strong background in machine learning and signal processing.
Proficiency in Python, Java/Kotlin, and SQL.
Experience with CI/CD, git, and task orchestration.
Experience with AWS tooling is preferred.
Strong communication skills and technical leadership.
