Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proven experience in applying ML techniques to computer vision, OCR, or NLP.
• Strong understanding of ML system design and monitoring in production.
• Solid engineering fundamentals with a history of writing maintainable code.
• Experience with modern infrastructure tools and cloud platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate complex ideas.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of high standards.
