• Develop a strong understanding of the business problems we are trying to solve.
• Identify business problems amenable to machine learning solutions and own models end to end.
• Design, implement, and launch systems to scale model training and serving capabilities.
• Run modeling experiments with efficiency, quality, reliability, and repeatability.
• Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 9+ years of hands-on experience building scaled ML systems.
• Excellent coding and system design skills.
• Practical ML knowledge and understanding of ML theory.
• Experience with LLMs and AI techniques.
• High sense of ownership and drive to deliver impact.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with cloud computing services (preferably AWS).
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a quantitative field.
