In Short

• Build and optimize dashboards for analytical reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• High level knowledge of Python for data integration and automation.
• Design and implement data architecture solutions.
• Create and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Optimize existing analytics processes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders for actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of experience in data analytics/engineering and process optimization.
• Expertise in SQL and database performance.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience building data pipelines from Kafka to Snowflake.
• Strong experience with data architecture and ETL pipeline management.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
