Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech or banking.
• Strong understanding of KYC/KYB and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in API analysis and data modeling.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with pre-sales and project initiation.
• Optional: Experience with crypto wallets and blockchain systems.
