Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

GovCIO is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering impactful features. This position is fully remote and available to candidates within the Continental United States (CONUS).

In Short

• Analyzes business and technical processes to develop new business information processing systems.
• Coordinates with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements.
• Documents product/service requirements and develops test procedures.
• Collaborates with business partners to determine project scope and vision.
• Works with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.
• Translates customer requirements into functional requirements.
• Requires general-logic knowledge of system capabilities.
• Experience managing a team of Business Analysts and Technical Writers.
• Extensive experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing requirement documentation.
• Extensive Jira experience building epics, issues, and managing user stories.
• Experience supporting integrations as a Business Analyst.
• Well versed in Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
