Test Manager - Remote

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards. The Test Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet clinical, operational, and technical requirements. This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15 years of project management experience in IT.
• Experience coordinating and managing test events.
• Knowledge of setting up test environments accurately.
• Ability to create and track testing metrics.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, or similar ALM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Highly motivated with proven problem-solving abilities.
