Test Manager - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a Test Manager who designs and executes testing with an understanding of both theories and principles associated with the systems, components, and products being tested.

In Short

• Administers testing events in accordance with client processes.
• Manages testing for various systems including software and industrial equipment.
• Supervises employees engaged in test engineering activities.
• Oversees activities related to test engineering including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensures successful outcomes for each release fit for end-users.
• Requires a Non-Sensitive / High Risk security clearance.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification is necessary.
• Experience in managing testing activities for IT systems.
• Expert knowledge of technological advances in computer science.
• Demonstrated experience in executing and managing test plans.

Requirements

• Seven (7)+ years of experience as a Test Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of testing activities for IT systems.
• Experience in leadership, coordination, and customer contact.
• Ability to collect data from test events and finalize reports.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to manage test-control apparatus and equipment.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management.
• Knowledge of AWS GovCloud systems.
• High-level understanding of engineering principles.
• Ability to supervise and guide engineering personnel.
