Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing client business processes, identifying requirements, and implementing FSM solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the utilities and energy industries.

• Engage with clients to document business processes and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FSM.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong understanding of utility operations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in FSM software platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
