Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

ICF is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a project on the Strategy and Business Solutions Support Contract. This position will work remotely for a Federal client in Arlington, VA.

• Facilitating sessions and interviews to gather information from stakeholders.
• Creating business process flows and managing business requirements.
• Conducting market research and documenting user guides.
• Developing business process models and identifying best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience with advanced knowledge of relevant technologies.
• US Citizenship required by Federal Government.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mastery in applying business analysis on complex projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and human-centric design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of on-prem and cloud-based environments.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage teams.
