• Strong coding proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, Huggingface.
• Understanding of RAG architectures.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in ML/software engineering.
• Experience with high scale Natural Language Systems.
• Building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience in Customer Support or Business Process automation.
• Ability to set vision for AI team.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
