• Serve as a subject matter expert on Toast products, extensible tools, and integrated partners.
• Act as a trusted partner to Enterprise Sales Representatives.
• Translate business goals into tailored solutions.
• Travel nationwide to present Toast solutions.
• Demonstrate the value of comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate with the Toast product team.
• Leverage restaurant industry experience.
• Work with the marketing team on customer conferences.

Requirements

• Hospitality, POS Knowledge, or related industry experience required.
• Experience with multi-location brands or enterprise IT systems.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative with sales and product teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage high-touch deals.
• Ability to handle complex customer communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
