As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise customers deploy, optimize, and expand their use of innovative software platforms. You will partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand business needs, design technical solutions, and deliver compelling Proofs of Concept (POCs) that showcase platform capabilities. Your expertise in web technologies and solutions engineering will allow you to solve complex technical challenges, while your communication skills will help translate technical details into clear value for customers. Working with strategic accounts, you will build trust, provide thought leadership, and influence product development with actionable feedback. In Short

• Partner with sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to provide technical guidance and strategic solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) execution, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer requirements, assess existing systems, and design tailored solutions leveraging the platform’s capabilities.
• Solve front-end technical challenges (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and coordinate escalations to internal engineering teams when needed.
• Capture and communicate customer and market feedback to influence product roadmap decisions.
• Support customer expansion and retention through onsite and virtual engagements, workshops, and presentations.
• Represent the platform at industry events, webinars, and in thought leadership content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and software platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and design effective solutions.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
