Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt is responsible for collaborating with the Sales organization to sell integrated Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions, providing expert knowledge and technical solutions to customers.

In Short

• Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions.
• Communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.
• Provide needs assessment, consultation, and customer support.
• Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to inquiries.
• Assist in the curation of RFx responses.
• Manage top regional opportunities and drive them to closure.
• Provide solution feedback to product management and marketing teams.
• Coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations and presentations.
• Up to 60% international travel in Asia.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written/spoken).
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering with Cloud Security.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ownership of technical team relationships.
• Technical skills in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Database query experience in MySQL and Elastic Search.
• Experience with REST API and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols and standards.
• Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations.
