As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will serve as a trusted advisor, utilizing your technical acumen and business insight to assist customers in their digital transformation journeys.

In Short

Act as a technical advisor to the sales team.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations.
Lead technical engagements and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Share customer feedback with product teams.
Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Represent Okta at marketing events.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solution selling.
Deep understanding of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
Hands-on experience in front-end or back-end development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
