Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical customer support
  • Experience with U.S. Government agencies
  • Knowledge of API documentation
  • Experience in delivering professional services
  • Degree in computer science or related field
  • Passion for customer success and automation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Current TS/SCI clearance preferred
