Overview

As a Renewals Manager at Tines, you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal lifecycle for our customers, playing a critical role in driving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing net revenue retention through seamless and strategic renewal processes.

In Short

  • Own and manage the complete renewals process for Tines' customer portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and engage with accounts approaching renewal.
  • Develop and execute advanced renewal strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  • Track and analyze renewal metrics.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement standardized renewal processes.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience with technical products, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
