Overview

Tines is seeking a proactive, business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial to join our growing Legal team. You will report to our Director of Legal and will play a critical role in helping Tines scale its global business, supporting complex commercial transactions across multiple regions.

• Lead and negotiate commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements.

• 7+ years of post-qualification experience required.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills needed.

• Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
