Overview

The Senior Commercial Legal Counsel will manage global commercial contracts and related revenue-based transaction matters, focusing on negotiating customer-facing complex transactions in highly regulated industries.

• Structure, negotiate and close transactions related to SaaS and software licensing agreements.

Requirements

• JD degree or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Experience negotiating cloud-based service offerings.
• Proficiency in data security and privacy regulations.
• Ability to work with deadline-driven sales teams.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Experience supporting a channel business model preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
