Overview

As Senior Commercial Counsel at Cyera, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of complex legal, business, and strategic matters, partnering with internal stakeholders to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of vendor agreements.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including MSAs, SaaS contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by developing legal templates and scalable processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial matters.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to resolve contract issues.
• Translate legal concepts into clear guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
• Manage legal projects to support business growth.
• Advise on privacy and data protection frameworks.
• Stay current on emerging areas like AI regulation.
• Contribute to improvements in contract management systems.

Requirements

• JD degree with admission to a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial law and technology transactions.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive team player with a business-minded approach.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
