Senior Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our fast-paced, innovative AI recruiting technology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of law, technology, and business.

In Short

• Manage and support a large volume of commercial transactions including RFPs/RFIs, NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and Vendor agreements.
• Draft and negotiate professional services agreements and partnership agreements.
• Improve and maintain agreement templates and legal documents.
• Act as a business partner for Sales, HR, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to other legal projects as needed.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law.
• 5+ years of commercial transaction and contract negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy laws, particularly in the SaaS industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Team attitude with a pragmatic approach to legal issues.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
• Fluency in another European language is a plus.
