Overview

As a Renewals Manager at Jasper, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer retention and revenue growth across various customer segments. You’ll own the full renewal lifecycle and build scalable frameworks for proactive and customer-centric renewal operations.

• Own and execute a renewal motion across multiple customer tiers.
• Build and implement renewal readiness frameworks.
• Maintain a rolling 180-day renewal forecast.
• Lead renewal negotiations with Legal and Security.
• Collaborate with CSMs and AEs for value-driven conversations.
• Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows.
• Develop standard operating procedures for renewals.
• Optimize system hygiene in CRM and contract tools.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewals.
• Track and report on renewal performance and metrics.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in renewals management or customer success.
• Proven success managing high-volume renewals.
• Strong understanding of SaaS procurement cycles.
• Experience in building renewal playbooks and forecasting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and structured approach to priorities.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
