Overview

Tines is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Central Sales team. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, TX, to attend in-person meetings and events regularly.

In Short

  • Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions.
  • Demonstrate and articulate the capabilities of the Tines automation platform.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with channel/tech alliances to uncover customer opportunities.
  • Prospect to supplement lead flow.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate across Tines business functions for a world-class customer experience.
  • Build a strong business plan for growth within your accounts.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop strategies for new logo acquisition.
  • Provide feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prospect for outbound leads.
  • Familiarity with regional IT channel partners.
  • Experience in building territories from scratch.
  • Successful track record of achieving goals and metrics.
  • Cross-department collaboration experience.
  • Coachability and curiosity.
  • A passion for working at a scale-up company.

Benefits

  • Annual on-target compensation of $260k - $300K + equity.
