Technical Implementation Specialist (Onboarding Manager) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding and technical setup of new clients or customers, ensuring smooth implementations by coordinating requirements and handling basic scripting or data work when needed.

In Short

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear implementation steps.
• Configure systems, integrations, or workflows based on onboarding needs.
• Work with datasets using SQL to validate, audit, or reconcile data.
• Use basic Python scripting for automation and data cleanup.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, ops, support) as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and onboarding checklists.
• Ensure implementations are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of freelancing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical operations.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2 level).
• Comfortable writing basic Python scripts and SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of data structures and workflows.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
