Associate, DTC Customer Experience (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Associate, DTC Customer Experience will provide excellent customer service and support to wine club members for JUSTIN, Landmark, and Lewis brands, working in a hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote options.

In Short

• Provide world-class customer service via omnichannel communications.
• Display concierge-level service style in all interactions.
• Recruit members for wine clubs and actively sell wine.
• Resolve logistics issues with the Manager, DTC Experience.
• Manage seasonal club charges and member recruitment.
• Support eCommerce and Club requirements.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and CRM database.
• Participate in on-property and off-site events as needed.
• Work a varying schedule including weekends.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in sales, hospitality, or marketing in the wine industry preferred.
• Proven success in customer service or sales positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Commerce7 or similar is a plus.
• Wine Certification (WSET, CMS, CWS) is a plus but not required.
• AA degree from an accredited institution.
