eFlorist Technician - Remote

Overview

The eFlorist Technician serves as the front line contact for providing website assistance and excellent customer service to Teleflora's member florists, reinforcing the company's commitment to superior care and technical expertise.

In Short

• Troubleshoot and support customers via phone, email, or chat with website issues.
• Data entry, setup of websites, and proofing site content.
• Research and register URLs, and load artwork and logos.
• Communicate changes and updates to Teleflora staff.
• Assist with basic SEO and online marketing.
• Support daily departmental operations as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; business or technical courses preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or public relations.
• Preferred experience in floral shop or related industry.
• Skills in website design and graphic design are a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Internet and websites is required.
• Basic knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Outlook; HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing.
• Experience in small business consulting preferred.
