Overview

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for providing excellent customer service by processing financial transactions and advising customers on banking solutions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration and time management skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Dynamic communication skills with established customer experience.
  • Ability to connect with various people effectively.
