Events Executive - Remote

Overview

Your role will be to support our ticket sales activity from start to finish ensuring third party and direct event attendance targets are achieved.

In Short

• Work closely with third-party event providers to obtain marketing content.
• Drive ticket sales via engaging social content with the Mecca Social Media team.
• Support venues to drive ticket sales through online and offline channels.
• Manage the Design my Night ticket platform account.
• Collate weekly ticket sales by event and communicate onward.
• Manage in-venue POS and sales collateral.
• Own the Mecca Events branding.
• Deliver in-house event visuals and supporting imagery.
• Work with the training team to deliver event sales sessions.
• Support the Central Finance team with information for ROI reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in working with event venues to support sales is essential.
