Overview

As a part of our Customer Success team at Nielsen, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by helping our customers utilize Nielsen’s products and services to achieve their goals.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive value realization and adoption of Nielsen’s Digital/Cross-Platform Audience Measurement products.
  • Manage key account relationships and apply understanding of digital advertising.
  • Understand customer’s strategic goals and make recommendations.
  • Gather feedback for continual product improvements.
  • Communicate insights to customers and internal teams.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and campaign management processes.
  • Monitor customer usage and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Develop materials to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Travel up to 25% for client visits and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of client services/account management experience.
  • Understanding of media and measurement landscape in advertising.
  • Experience with digital advertising campaigns and media operations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with quick response capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about consumers and relevant technologies.
  • Digital Media experience required; account management experience a plus.
